ROBERT "BOB" J. MUSSACK
was born October 28, 1950, to Gordon and Erma
(Alexander) Mussack. He passed away Friday, January 2,
2015, at CHI Health Lakeside Hospital in Omaha,
Nebraska, at the age of 64.
Bob grew up in the Decatur/Tekamah
area. He graduated from Decatur High School in 1969 and
went on to further his education at Wayne State College
and Northeast Tech Community College.
On August 23rd, 1969, Bob married
the love of his life Cindy Penny, in Decatur, Nebraska.
To this union two sons were born, Jeff and Jason. Bob
and Cindy lived most of their lives in Omaha.
Bob loved spending time with
family, especially with his grandkids. At a young age,
Bob began taking fishing trips to Minnesota with his
family and friends. These trips meant so much to Bob,
that he carried on the tradition taking Minnesota
fishing trips with his own children. He and Cindy
continued yearly trips through 2014 and he passed on the
love of fishing to his grandchildren. He was a positive
person, always encouraging others and putting their
needs before his own.
Bob lettered in high school sports,
including football, basketball and track. He earned
several awards, medals, and trophies that are still
displayed in the Decatur Town Hall trophy cases.
He worked at Leo A. Daly
architectural firm in Omaha for over 38 years.

Allen, and nephews, Kennedy Mussack and Colt Penny.
