Alice Olbrey Ruhe

Rites held for Alice Ruhe, 60  Funeral services for Alice Olbrey Ruhe, 60, of Whittier, Calif., were conducted Tuesday, November 13, at 2 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church. Interment followed in Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier.

Mrs. Ruhe, daughter of Harry and Nellie Olbrey, was born at Decatur on December 13, 1918.  Survivors include her husband, Ernest, daughter Nadene and son Dale, all of Whittier; a brother, George Olbrey of Omaha; three sisters, Gertrude Pilcher and Dorothy Farrens of Decatur and Helen Williams of Austin, Texas.

Services for Alice Ruth Ruhe, 60, of Whittier, were conducted Nov. 13 at 2 p.m. by Rose Hills Mortuary in Trinity Lutheran Church, 11716 E. Floral Dr., Whittier. Interment followed in Rose Hills Memorial Park. Mrs. Ruhe was born in Nebraska. She died Nov. 11 in Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Ernest Ruhe of Whittier; a daughter, Nadene Ruhe of Whittier; a son, Dale A. Ruhe of Whittier; a brother, George Olbrey; and three sisters, Gertrude Pilcher, Helen Williams and Dorothy Farrens.
