(Information taken from 25th Alumni Booklet May 1994. Please send an e-mail to update information at any time.) Occupation: "Dreamer" Kitties: Chester, Casey and Fren After leaving those hallowed halls of Decatur High School, I lived in Omaha for five years and worked at the University Hospital and Mutual of Omaha. In the mid 70's, while visiting my buddy "Al" in San Francisco, I delighted in a city that seemed made to order for me--I'd never again have to suffer sub-zero temperatures or snow, drive a car or act normal! In Fast, most of the time I couldn't even figure out what normal might be. So, with the exception of a few treks out into our vast and varied world to explore it's wonders, I have been hanging out here in my favorite city by the Bay. For the most part, I've worked as a word processor (thank you Mrs. Hughes). I provide computer support for various businesses, but every once in awhile, I give into my passion for cooking and great food, and jump into the area of restaurant kitchens for fun. Since moving to San Francisco, I have often characterized myself as a cross between Alice in Wonderland and Dorothy in the Land of Oz. I've lost and found myself several times (I'm lost again so if you find me, please return me to me), have met people and seen things the likes of which I'd never imagined, and just like Dorothy, there's no place like home and the folks there. I can't wait to see you all!! (Now, if I could just get these damn red slippers to work--Click! Click! Click!--Click!! Click!! Click!!) Updated: 4/6/09 |
