     My interests and hobbies are golf, hiking, downhill & cross country skiing, quilting, sewing, restoring furniture, restoring an antique carousel & travel.

     In 2004, I got to go to Anzio, Italy with  a group of Veterans.  My uncle, James Larsen, died there in World War II.  The Italian people were so appreciative and honored us in grand fashion.  We had a seven course luncheon with the Mayor of Rome in an elegant room overlooking the forum.  There also were rides in the mountains in WW II jeeps!

     I also have volunteered in many groups, scouts, Jaycees, local hospitals, church and community events.
