     In the 25 years (has it really been that long?) since high school my greatest accomplishment has been to spend 20 years as a Mother to a wonderful son, Nick.  He brought great joy to our lives.  We lost him January 30, 2000.  I have also been married to Jerry for 25 years!  We moved to Onawa, Iowa and have lived here for about 23 years.

    I have worked as a secretary and/or bookkeeper for a few different places and have spent the past five years working as an office manager for a program through Siouxland Mental health in Sioux City, Iowa that works with clients who have a mental illness and are involved in the legal system.  It is quite interesting.  I have also taken some evening classes in accounting.

    We have one cat and a golden retriever puppy.  We volunteer at a grief support group.  We really enjoy spending time with our families, especially our nieces and nephews.  I am looking forward to seeing everyone at the banquet.
