Retired from UPRR after 40 years. Preceded in death by husband, Joe; sister, Ernestine Brown; parents, Edward and Ruth Nemer. Survived by sister, Ruth Ann Powell; brothers and sisters-in-law, Edward and Rexie Nemer, Gene and Diane Nemer; nephews and spouses, Greg and Ana Nemer, Eric and Vanina Nemer; niece and spouse, Susan and Byron Byrd; great-nephews, Dalton Byrd and Lincoln Nemer; great-nieces, Summer Byrd, Audrey Nemer, Vicki Drake and Christi Nemer. We would like to give a special thanks to Creighton University Hospital Oncology and Surgical Staffs and also Brookestone Meadows Administration and Staff.
SERVICES Monday 10:30am St. Mary Antiochian Orthodox Christian Church, 10303 Boyd St. Interment Westlawn Hillcrest Memorial Park. VISITATION Sunday 5-7pm with a Memorial Prayer Service at 7pm. In lieu of flowers, Memorials to St. Mary Antiochian Orthodox Christian Church.
