After military, got married in 1956. Went to work in my in-law's hardware in plumbing and heating. In 1963 I started for myself, did plumbing, heating and electric (Don's P-H-E). In 1979--purchased a bowling alley and skating rink. In 1993, I had a heart attack, and later that year had another. I had open-heart bypass; 6 months later I had Angioplasty and 3 months later I had another heart bypass. Had first sign of blindness, since that. I had gone to blind rehab in Waco, TX and got a CCTV (closed circuit television) which helps with my hobby as a record collector. I spend most of my time in the "Blind Mans Record Shop" doing records. I also belonged to the Volunteer Fire Department for 11 years as Captain of the rescue squad. This is about as brief as I can be!
