Children:  Patricia;

4 grandchildren: Jerry, Angela, Jeffery, and Bryan; 2 great grandchildren:  Andrew and Jennifer

      After graduation I got married.  I traveled all over the U.S. during World War II with my husband.  When we returned home I attended the School of Cosmetology.

     Patricia and I  moved to Galva, IA where I operated my own beauty shop for 15 years.  I moved to Cherokee, IA in 1968.  I have operated a child's Day Care in my home for 15 years.
