Kathleen Holman Kilbourn

Kathleen Kilbourn, 64, of Ames died Tuesday night at Memorial Hospital of Dodge County.An autopsy is being performed to determine the cause of  death. She was born Sept. 26, 1918 in Columbus, Ind. She moved to Decatur, Neb., as a child and was raised there before moving to Macy, Neb., after her marriage. She moved to Fremont in 1947. She married Charles O. Kilbourn Sept. 12, 1936, in Pender, Neb.

He survives.  Other survivors include: two daughters, Mrs. Charlene K. Murphy of West Des Moines, Iowa and Mrs. Robert (Barbara) VandeVenter of Milwaukee, Wisc.; one son, Charles of Fremont; two sisters, Mrs. Patsy Ferguson of Buffalo, Minn. And Mrs. Helen Holiday of Seattle, Wash.; two brothers, Keith Holman and Robert Holman, both of Decatur, Neb., and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Calvary United Methodist Church in Fremont with the Rev. Earl Higgins officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Cemetery. Visitation is in progress at Lattin-Dugan-Chambers Funeral Home.

A memorial has been established to the American Cancer Society.
