(Information taken from 50th Alumni Booklet May 1998. Please send an e-mail to update information at any time.) Spouse: Ken (deceased) Children: Steven, Lynnell, Lorann Grandchildren: (10) Too many to name! When I lived and attended school in the Decatur vicinity, I had the nickname of "Sis". After moving to Arizona, Elizabeth, being a part of my name, I became known as "Liz". We moved to Phoenix, AZ, in 1958. Ken taught Instrumental Band and I taught Home Economics. We retired in '87 and '88. Our son, Steven, is in the Air Force and has 1 child. Our oldest daughter is an RN in Utah and has 4 children. Our youngest is an Art teacher and lives in the Phoenix area. She has 5 children. Ken and I visited our son when he was stationed in Okinawa and our daughter when she was in Spain. We have traveled to Hawaii and have tried the snorkeling and scuba diving activities. Ken loved to fly, so he had a Cessna 172 and we used to fly home to visit. We built and flew radio controlled planes, did a lot of camping and fishing and enjoyed life together. Ken fought a battle with cancer for 5 years and died in 1992, just 9 months after we had moved into a new home in Westbrook Village. It is a retirement community located in the Northwest Valley.
