Children:  Vicki L. Schrick and husband Ted of Blair, NE and Mark T. Peterson of Tekamah, NE

Grandchildren:  Emma, age 8; Holden, age 6 and twins, Caroline and Chloe, age 4

     After graduating high school,  I attended Norfolk Junior College for a year.  IN February 1961 I joined the United States Air Force and served in the Fire Protection Career Field.  I was stationed in places like Mississippi, Kansas, and Lakenheath, England.  While in England I met and married Carole Murfitt in 1970.  We were moved to Arizona where our daughter Vicki Lynn was born in July 1971.  We then moved to Illinois where our son Mark Todd was born in June 1974.

     My children and I moved to Palmdale, CA where I began working in the Aerospace Industry from 1983 until I retired in 1997.  In 1999 I moved back to Nebraska and have settled in Tekamah.  I drive the school bus for Tekamah-Herman Schools, and am currently taking children in to Omaha.

     My daughter and son-in-law and their 4 children live in Blair and my son is a few blocks away in Tekamah.  I enjoy being involved in their lives and my grandchildren are my pride and joy.
