Children:  Steven 18, Jamie 16, Caitlynn 15, Fanchon 15, Maurice 12, Alexander 8, Lily Ann-Marie 3.

I am a collector of children (7) and surgeries (13) since high school.

Traveled all across the U.S. and lived in about half the states.  After college in Wayne I hit the streets looking for adventure.  Ended up in Rhode Island and earned a Culinary degree from Johnson & Wales University.

 Currently I am a regional training Chef for Chartwells in Nebraska/Kansas Region.  I am also a member of the American Culinary Federation as a Certified Executive Chef.  I spend my free time with my family.
