BARTELL, Maxine

Maxine Joanne Bartell was welcomed into heaven on January 28, 2011 at the wonderful age of 87. Devoted wife of the late Dale for 31 years. Beloved mother of Dennis (Bonnie), Daryl (Sue) and Doug (Thewan). Dearest former mother-in-law to Joyce and Janelle. Devoted grandmother of Jeromy, Joy, Scottie, Brian, Dean, Philip and Casey; loving great-grandmother of Hailey, Bryce, Miranda, Owen, Dean, Jr., Roque, Jake, Eli, Zake, Ian, "BJ", Addison & Corbin.
Maxine was born on September 3, 1923 to Leo & Leola (nee Huffman) Murphy in Walthill, Nebraska. Here she met and married her husband, Dale. The family moved to CA in 1955 where Maxine enjoyed working as a school photographer & at the Sacramento Blood Bank. She was surrounded by her loving family & friends as she entered into Paradise. We love and miss you, Mom.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, Feb 3, 2011 at East Lawn Sierra Hills Memorial Park, 5757 Greenback Lane, Sacramento, CA 95841.
